Undescribed Tinea Species?
This looks different. You have a similar example, sample ID CMAZA067, at BOLD in BOLD:AAH5633 which is identified as Tinea niveocapitella. The location is close as is the date, 9/29/2009. It's nearest neighbors at ~96.4% similarity are in T. occidentella while niveocapitella samples are at ~91% if I throw out the one example of that species which is in the same BIN with occidentella.

At nearly 4%, sample ID CMAZA067 would appear to a a different, possibly undescribed species. Could you post that specimen?
