Looks to be a Phidippus Audax
I photographed one several years ago that would quickly would jump and off the lens of the camera if I got close to it . Certainly the name applies .

This is a type of jumping spider. I'm not an expert, but from looking through some of the jumping spider pages, I would guess this could be a bold jumping spider. It could be a good place to start.
