I dont think Rothschildia...
This looks like a first instar
Actias luna
larvae (luna moth). The other image you submitted of the black and yellow larva is a
Rothschildia sp.

Hand reared?
If this is hand reared it should be frassed. Please, no more hand reared specimens; they don't represent the natural fauna.
