Bactrocera oleae?
I'm certainly no expert, but I feel pretty confident that this is an Olive Fruit Fly. I have had ample opportunity to observe this species around my place, and also I believe that the dark markings on the abdomen are fairly diagnostic. I'm only slightly hesitant in my ID because the noticeable black spots which should be present on the wing tips are not very prominent in your image. Were there olive trees near where you found it?

(BTW, interesting close-up image of the long hairs on the abdomen!)
