Subfamily ID
This is in subfamily Coniopteryginae due to "Antennae of larvae about twice as long as labial palpi" vs. "Antennae of larvae about as long as labial palpi" per the subfamily key on pp. 35–36 of Meinander(1972)...also compare with Fig. 10 (pg. 31) vs. Fig. 9 (pg. 30) therein (where "Lpl" = labial palp).

The larva's labial palpi are the translucent-looking, smoothly sausage-like protuberances sticking out from between & below the bases of the antenna and the clypeus & pointed labrum (i.e. the "snout"). Though the antenna are somewhat difficult to make out in the photo, the shadow of the left one clearly indicates it's much longer than the palpi.
