earth pupater.
they pupate in the earth.
it has been dicovered that you can pupate them in a dark container with a few paper towels, then overwinter them in a cool place above freezing.
if he was crawling on the ground he is ready. however at least one of those eggs has hatched and the pasasite is inside him.
if you scrape the others off he may make it, but probably not..

It's a shame
I couldn't get any of the eggs off him and the wife refused to let us keep it over winter, so we let it go.
Let Nature take its course, I guess.
I hope it makes it.
