Cryptocephalus tinctus
Cryptocephalus becuase of pronotum, which is eqaully wide at both ends in Pachybrachis. This one is narrowed towrds the front. I think it is C. tinctus, becuase it looks very much like the picture of Cryptocephalus tinctus from Cedar Creek.
