seems most likely for this specimen..if I were to guess at subgenus it would be Euharpalops. Will need specimen in hand and under a scope to tell species...that being said I don't know whether there are species keys for Colorado carabidae.

if you still have the beast, could you add a plain dorsal...
...and a closeup of the pronotum? otherwise the series will sit at this level till the Rapture or something
