A very small earwig....most likely a young Ring-legged Earwig see this site.

I agree with Euborelia annulipes
The leg markings look right, and the pale antennal segment is added evidence for Euborellia. According to the California Insect Survey article, E. annulipes adds segments in a predictable pattern: this looks like it has eight segments, which would make it 1st instar.
