Wow!
This sure looks like V. germanica to me. But those huge "humeral" yellow stripes on the thorax are very unusual. Possibly a flavopilosa?

I would like an expert's opinion on this girl. Move to Vespula for now

I was thinking V flavopilosa
I was thinking V flavopilosa because of those 2 stripes you mentioned.
It caught my attention because it looks so different.

Definitely V. flavopilosa
An extensively yellow (xanthic) worker. Very developed yellow stripes of the mesoscutum (NOT to be confused with the humeral yellow stripes: these latters are on the pronotum) almost remind of V. squamosa.
Color pattern of the urotergites does remind of V. germanica, but lateral spots are smaller, especially on T2.
