Unknown Insect - Halesochila taylori

Unknown Insect - Halesochila taylori
Mt Rainier National Park, near Paradise and Longmire, Pierce County, Washington, USA
September 11, 2009
Size: ~ 1-2 inches
While I was trying to take pictures of a dragonfly, this... thing... flew up. Usually I know well enough what bugs are to give myself a head start in doing research, but I have no idea where to start with this.

The log the insect is sitting on is right next to a lake, at the edge of the forest. I could be off on the size - I'm pretty awful at measurements.

Update...
Thanks to v belov's response, I have done some digging. Based off of this (http://bugguide.net/node/view/188438/bgimage) and other images of the same individual, I think I am correct in identifying this as the same species.

Limnephilidae
Halesochila taylori. Compare here.

Thank you!
With this, I began looking up caddisflies in the area...

I'm thinking that this is an October Caddisfly?
