Appears to be a Davis' tree cricket
Even though the antennal markings are not entirely visible, the pale milky color of the limbs and the golden patch on the head are clues to making an ID as Oecanthus exclamationis. The Snowy and the Narrow-winged tree cricket would have a redder color on the head.
