Heptageniidae
Excellent photos of a very interesting specimen, Phil!

This male imago matches the original description of Leucrocuta jewetti (Allen 1966) very well. The wing markings are distinctive, especially the dark cloud near the fork of MA. The wings are somewhat similar to the Eastern species L. minerva.
