female Meadow Katydid
Maybe genus Orchelimum. I guess that one isn't quite fully mature. I'd assume the wings would be a bit more developed if mature.

Adult, short-winged female in genus Conocephalus. Females of Orchelimum usually have a curved ovipositor that is also shorter.
