Size: 3" excluding antennae
Attracted by the deck lights next to Oak Creek.

Unsure as to whether the red eyes may be a result of the camera flash.

help with an i.d. would be appreciated.

I'm pretty sure this is M. latifrons

Male angle-winged katydid
This is an adult male Microcentrum, probably M. rhombifolium.
