A Pygmy Grasshopper
Appears to be Tetrix ornata, likely a male.

Before I move it, I just thought I'd mention that it looks very much like the following image of mine which you previously identified as Nomotettix cristatus


 
They are closely related, and I personally think that
the limits of the genera are somewhat arbitrary. To be honest, I think that some Tetrix are closer to Nomotettix and others closer to Paratettix than they are to one another. However, if you look at the Nomotettix, you'll see a lot of little details that are different from this one. The crest of Nomotettix is higher, the pronotum sticks forward over the head in a bit of a point (at the front of the crest). If you look at it from above, it's probably narrower in form. The top of the fastigium (between the eyes) is also more strongly ridged, and so on.
