I found this insect which I believe to be from Genus Podisus but not sure which species feeding on this bee. I need help identifying the stink bug and maybe the bee as well.

you're correct; Podisus sp. & Apis mellifera
maybe we'll be able to get the bug to species, but a ventral view would help a lot

I'm surprised that the bee is unable to escape, especially in the other photo where you can see that it's moving. Is the stink bug probocis barbed? I'd think the bee could pull free? Very interesting pics.
