Mr. John S. Ascher gave me ID and confirmation for this insect. This is Agapostemon female, either A. sericeus or A. texanus. These green bees and wasps are so difficult for me to identify even after I read the Identification guide... Every time I take photos of them, I need to post here to get ID.
