Running Crab Spider
Well it certainly is some sort of crab spider, but I am thinking it looks more like a Philodromus sp. Check out P. praelustris.

Giant crab spider
I think this is a "huntsman" spider, Heteropoda venatoria. Totally harmless despite its size.
