Found this guy today in the house. Not sure what it is? Thought a bed bug at first but now I’m thinking carpet beetle? - Blattella

B. germanica:

B. asahinai has a more slender body and more grey tones to its wing color. The pronotum colors more contrasting than in B. germanica, and the lateral edges of the abdomen are pale:

B. vaga, unlike B. germanica, is not afraid of light, flies readily, and has dark frons:
