This is a new subspecies and needs a new guide page. It is not often that we in Alberta can claim to have the most attractive sub-species going, but this sure is a good case!

Tiger Beetle book
I would suggest that you get John Acorn's book Tiger Beetles of Alberta (The University of Alberta Press). It is a thoroughly enjoyable book to read, and has lots of information on this species. You should probably add it into the book section on tiger beetles if it is not already there.
