A pretty solid guess: Southern Green Stinkbug
If I remember correctly - not always the case - the "horns" on the shoulders are telling. Seem to recall the spots by the eyes are also significant. You can probably check these points out on the Info pages here.

Red Shouldered
I origionally thought this a Southern but someome told me could be (no reason given). But now I look at another photo I took and have included it to help with cross-refernce and moved this to stink bug. The mystery continues. Thanks.
