Found this spider with egg sack in a cavity under a rock. Is this a Wolf Spider?

Yes
This is indeed a female wolf spider. Might be in the genus Trochosa, judging by the pair of vertical marks on the center of the carapace (though I don't know how reliable a character that is for that genus).
