Subfamily ID
This is in subfamily Coniopteryginae due to "Antennae of larvae about twice as long as labial palpi" per the subfamily key on pp. 35–36 of Meinander(1972)...also compare with Fig. 10, pg. 31 vs. Fig. 9 pg. 30 therein (where "Lpl" = labial palp).

Note the smooth sausage-like labial palp sticking out laterally below the right eye here, just behind the narrow antenna.
