Scolopocryptopidae: Scolopocryptopinae
Scolopocryptops sexspinosus (Say, 1821), the most common scolopendromorph centipede in the eastern US. Note that it has 23 pairs of legs and pedal segments, which places the specimen in the Scolopocryptopidae.

This is Scolopocryptops sexspinosus (Say, 1821) (family Scolopocryptopidae), which is extremely common and abundant throughout the eastern US.
