Large, gray banded spider -
Dolomedes albineus
St. Augustine, St. Johns County, Florida, USA
October 4, 2009
This spider is recently deceased. We found it near the windshield of a car, by the wipers. Please help us figure out what it is.

to me looks like a Dolomedes, Fishing Spider
I think it might be something like Dolomedes albineus, the Whitebanded Fishing Spider. Let's see what other people think, and
