Peculiar.
The "exodont" mandibles (with teeth pointing outwards) mean for few possibilities, namely some Braconidae, and the family Vanhorniidae. Either would be quite interesting.

 
Update.
Ok, it is a braconid in the Alysiinae subfamily. GREAT images, very nice find!
