This would be The Glover's Silkmoth, Hyalophora columbia gloveri, which has the 3 pairs of yellow abdominal scoli and they are known to feed on plants in the genus Elaeagnus.

I agree with Ryan. The phenotypic characters and locality would lend itself to nominate H. c. gloveri, without question. W. Reynolds notes, "Incl. e. British Columbia, s. Northwest Territories (?), Alberta, Sakatchewan, Manitoba & extreme w. Ontario." Note the dimensions of scoli in this example.
