With eyes like that I'm not sure what else it could be....Well, I have to take that back given the existing guide images of that genus...back to Myrmecinae....

Also male myrmicine, different genus
Note 13-segmented antenna, but with different relative segment proportions from male Temnothorax. This latter may be Pheidole
