Treehopper (Glossonotus univittatus)? - Telamona tarda

Treehopper (Glossonotus univittatus)? - Telamona tarda
Epping, Rockingham County, New Hampshire, USA
September 24, 2009
Size: About 7 mm long.
Could someone tell me if this is a Treehopper (Glossonotus univittatus)? Also, does it have another common name other than just Treehopper? I compared my pic to this one in BugGuide: http://bugguide.net/node/view/23147/bgpage

Attracted to backdoor light. The lot is wooded mixed deciduous/coniferous with a river nearby. Thanks.

Some of the species are hard to distinguish. Our hopper expert may know for sure.

not Glossonotus univittatus
I believe this is Telamona monticola.

Telamona ampliata
The crest is more rounded on top. This is a birch-feeding treehoper.
