Vivid metallic ground beetle (Chlaenius tomentosus)? - Chlaenius tomentosus
Epping, Rockingham County, New Hampshire, USA
September 6, 2009
Size: About 1.6 cm long.
This beautiful brown beetle was attracted to the backdoor light. Can someone tell me if this is the vivid metallic ground beetle (Chlaenius tomentosus)? This is the pic from BugGuide I compared my pic to:http://bugguide.net/node/view/276161

The lot is wooded mixed deciduous/coniferous with a nearby river.

Thanks.
