Hyaliodes, probably Hyaliodes harti (but there is a 3rd species I don't know)

Indeed
that looks just like it. Ours appears to have a little less black in the markings.
Your pictures are very nice. Ours can be frassed unless it is worth keeping them as a record for the species in Arkansas.

Let's wait for our experts to comment on the ID. For all I know this is the 3rd species. Also, it is always possible to just keep the best image for a state record until it is replaced. This one cropped closer might be good as a place holder (only you and the editors can see full-sized images so it is best to crop closer to "just the bug" and less finger or other border). Let's wait for others to comment. Yours would be pretty far SW so that might be worth the datapoint, where one in the middle of the range is assumed.
