Uroleucon sp
The base of the siphunculi does not appear to be pale. Per step 5 of this key it should be Uroleucon nigrotuberculatum, ambrosiae, or leonardi.

County?
Is it Dauphin county (or York county or something else)? I don't think that there is such a thing as Hershey gardens county. Did you do it in more than one submission? Can you fix them, please?
