fungus and moth
Niceville, Okaloosa County, Florida, USA
October 15, 2009
What fungus? What moth? Is this common?

"more form-fitting and make bugs look like the Michelin Man"
best off-the-cuff description of entomophthoralean fungi ever.

Acontiinae
Looks like something in Acontiinae.

saprobic mold
Nice photo. This isn't an entomophthoralean fungus--those are never so long-stalked, but are more form-fitting and make bugs look like the Michelin Man. What you've got here is likely a saprobic mold in the order Mucorales. They'll happily eat a bug that died of other causes (or your strawberries), and then they make these glorious hairs called sporangia. Each hair bears at its tip a tiny sphere filled with spores.

could be
one of the very numerous Entomophthora. just a guess

Pathogenic fungus
I don't know the ID of the fungus or moth, but arthropod pathogenic fungi are common--we have a gallery of images here. However, as you can see, we have very few images of afflicted moths (and I have personally never seen one). This looks like a different fungus than what's depicted in the other moth images.
