Euschistus sp. - Euschistus conspersus

Euschistus sp. - Euschistus conspersus
Enumclaw, Forested Unincorporated King County, Washington, USA
October 11, 2009
Size: 9mm
I found this stink bug hanging in an Araneus diadematus web on the east side of my house during warm (but overcast) weather. It was dead but I still snatched it and took pictures. I'm trying to learn more about true bugs...but of course I'll never give up my spiders! :) I do not yet know what aspects of true bugs are needed to aid in identification...but I took a lot of pictures of this one. So if something is needed to ID it, please ask...I might have what you need.

I'm glad the photos were sufficient. I was worried that they wouldn't be.
