My husband just turned 50, and is really dismayed by all the AARP literature he's now flooded with. He's healthy, in good shape, his hair's still red, and he keeps getting magazines with large-print headlines about the best retirement communities and how to use that newfangled internet to communicate with your grandkids.

Hey, if we had the money to quit our jobs and retire to Florida with all the great birds, bugs, and plants, we'd be there already!
