Tibicen resh (?)
Image 344726 looks to be Tibicen resh
In support of T. resh: light eyes, dull/pale tan-green, pronotal pattern, and heavy silvery pruinosity
(Other possibilities incl. T. auletes: T. auletes is typically a much brighter mint green when teneral, has bolder pronotal patches, and the teneral pruinosity is often less "silvery" in appearance and characteristically a bit more bronze-gold.)

Identification of tenerals can be difficult, however, based on a few basic characters, overall appearance, range, and given date of pic ... this species is the most likely candidate and should occur in your area in good numbers.

T. resh

f.y.i.
The tymbalizations of T. resh (the male's call), is similar to auletes, and are best described as a bit harsher and more rapid than that of auletes.
