Green Caterpillar with red dots - Actias luna

Green Caterpillar with red dots - Actias luna
50 miles North of Houston, Montgomery County, Texas, USA
October 20, 2009
Size: 1.5 inches long
It was in the dirt near where some clearing work was being done, so I don't know what plant it likes.

It appears the same as this caterpillar, but I am not sure http://bugguide.net/node/view/74130/bgimage
