My guess
is Handsome Meadow Katydid....because of the blue eyes. That may not be a reliable field mark. It's something in the greater meadow katydids, though.

O. pulchellum or agile
I can't quite tell on this, the colors are a bit washed out. Could be O. pulchellum, or maybe O. agile, which has whitish eyes--might show up as pale blue. I can't quite see the cerci well enough to use them, but it is an
Orchelimum
for sure.
