This is a female, and looks to be an adult.
Anisolabls maritima
would have at least 20 antennal segments: I can't be sure of my count, but it has to be less than 19. The shorter basal segment and the lighter segments near the end also argue against
Anisolabis maritima
.
Florida has had several species of Euborellia reported:
Euborellia annulipes
should have some kind of markings around the legs- which this doesn't- but I have no clue which other species this might be.
