Explanation of Names

Dromochorus pruininus Casey 1897

Size

12‒14 mm(1)

Identification

The elytral surface is smoother and more velvet-like than in belfragei. Male labrum is black with the central diamond-shaped portion ivory colored. The female labrum is metallic black.(1)
