Yellow Three-Spot (Apamea helva)? - Apamea helva

Yellow Three-Spot (Apamea helva)? - Apamea helva
Epping, Rockingham County, New Hampshire, USA
August 3, 2009
Could someone please tell me if this moth is a Yellow Three-Spot (Apamea helva)? I compared my pic with this one from BugGuide: http://bugguide.net/node/view/65696

Attracted to backdoor light. The lot is wooded, mixed deciduous/coniferous with a nearby river.

Thanks.
