Bee fly
It's Villa sp., a genus that is being revised, so few if any species IDs are available currently.

These flies are often confused with syrphids, and both include bee mimics. Typically, bee flies are fuzzy like bumble bees, while syrphids (hover flies) are more like the smoother honey bees.
