This is one of those Mormon Metalmark complex creatures. According to the treatment in the Pelham list, this would be M. mejicanus. I'm not sure if it is subspecies mejicanus, but expect so. Distinction from M. virgulti seems ill-defined to me, sort of a geographic thing.

Looks to be a girl to me.
