Leafhopper - Ribautiana tenerrima

Leafhopper - Ribautiana tenerrima
Parc national du Mont-Saint-Bruno, Montérégie County, Quebec, Canada
October 16, 2007
On alder.

I submit this old picture following Charley Eiseman question here (my identification of Typhlocyba saffrana might be wrong).

I have often seen this kind of leafhopper, always on alder, which is not the right host for neither T. safrana nor Ribautiana tenerrima. What could it be?

Typhlocyba
probably something new; try to get specimens next time you see them

Moved
Moved from ID Request. I believe Dr. Hamilton is looking at recent Auchenorrhyncha images rather than at ID Request these days.
As you may have seen, the similar-looking leafhopper I found was also on alder.
