I'm fairly certain that this is a Swamp Spreadwing, but didn't want to add it to the group in case I'm overlooking something. The thorax has a brownish segment, and the lower appendage is thin and narrow.

Thanks for the response. I find it rather tricky to tell them all apart, I had no idea that so many damselflies could look so similar.
