Use with caution
Wing pattern in the genus is mildly dimorphic. That reference does not separate females of biseta and nigricornis; the characters to do so were not published until 1983. Foote 1993(1) notes that the records in Foote and Blanc 1963 (your link) include a misidentification.

Very nice photo of a female.
I'd guess Trupanea sp., but am not an expert and don't have a wing pattern chart for Utah. Hopefully, Martin will see and comment.
