Barklouse? - Bertkauia crosbyana

Barklouse? - Bertkauia crosbyana
Groton, Middlesex County, Massachusetts, USA
October 31, 2009
Size: 1.7mm
Found under a rock at the edge of a wetland.

Moved
Moved from Bertkauia.

Thanks Natalie
It sure looks the same to me, but I'll place it on the genus page until an expert takes a look to see if it's the same species or not.

Sounds good!
The antennae look a little different to me, but of course that could just be because they're out of focus. Hopefully V. Belov will have his expert friend look at it.

Yep

ID confirmed by Ed Mockford: Bertkauia crosbyana Chapman
good call, Natter! as usual, too.

Sweet!
Thanks :)
