I don't know what that bug is
I don't know what that bug is, but it looks like it's on steroids! LOL

I am sure someone on here will identify it. Alot of smart people here.

Chalcidoid on roids
Definitely in the family Chalcididae. From what I can see, the petiole looks pretty distinctive as in Conura -- hopefully someone can narrow it down.

 
Folks, I have seen
some strange things out in the field over the years, and this one is up there with the cottonmouth up a tree.
