Size: about 1 - 1.25 inches
I took this photo at a fish hatchery near the Sedona area of Arizona.

Not sure of all the possibilities
in Arizona, but if this were farther north, we would have no trouble suggesting E. carunculatum, with segments 3 through 6 a little more black than blue.

Thanks very much for helping me with this damselfly. After doing a search I discovered that E. carunculatum is found in AZ. I really appreciate your help. I am new to odes and finding them to be very challenging, much more so than birds! Thanks for taking the time.
